PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Professional liability insurances have been effected with ERGO Versicherungs AG (formerly Victoria Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft), Victoriaplatz 1, 40198 Düsseldorf. The insurance covers professional activities in Europe. Lawyers under German law are obliged under the BRAO to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum sum insured of 250.000,00 Euro. For details refer to Sect. 51 BRAO.
